Terms & Conditions
  1. The Red Packet Gift Card can be used for one Red Packet Experience only.
  2. The Red Packet Gift Card must not be damaged or it will not be accepted by our Experience Partners. Should the scratch off area be uncovered, the Gift Card will be considered null and void and cannot be replaced or refunded.
  3. The Gift Experience offer is subject to the supplier's own terms and conditions.
  4. The Red Packet Gift Card is valid for one year from the date of purchase. To find out the expiry date of your Gift Card please visit www.redpacket.hk or email our Concierge Team at concierge@redpacket.hk. 
  5. The Red Packet Gift Card can be used at any time, subject to the Experience Partner's availability, black out dates and the validity of the Gift Card. Please refer to specific experiences for full details.
  6. Bookings must be made directly with the supplier or with our Concierge Team by calling 3168 0228 or by email at concierge@redpacket.hk and the experience must be redeemed within the validity period. Bookings and appointments made after the validity period cease to be valid. 
  7. Advance booking must be made a minimum of 72 hours before the experience, unless otherwise stated. Some experiences require a longer booking , please refer to specific experiences for full details.
  8. Any rebookings or cancellations must be made a minimum of 48 hours before the experience booking time, unless otherwise stated. Rebooking must be made with the same Experience Partner. Some experiences require a longer rebooking or cancellation time; please refer to specific experiences for full details.
  9. In the event of no-show the voucher will be considered null and void and cannot be changed, replaced or refunded.
  10. The Red Packet Gift Card must be presented to redeem the experience.
  11. The Red Packet Gift Card does not include transport unless specifically stated. 
  12. The Red Packet Gift Card is not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund.
  13. The Red Packet Gift Card holds a monetary value and as such should be kept secure. Red Packet Limited will not be liable for any Gift Card damaged, lost or stolen.
  14. Red Packet Limited is only acting as an intermediary and as such is not liable for the service provided or not provided by its Experience Partners nor for any misconduct by any of its Experience Partners.
  15. Red Packet Limited cannot be held liable (nor would any refund be given) should some Experience Partners alter their experience and/or cease their activity. Kindly visit www.redpacket.hk for the most up-to-date list of available experiences.
  16. The use of Red Packet Gift Card and Gift Experience are subject to the general terms and conditions of Red Packet Limited.
