Congratulations on receiving a Red Packet Gift! Here is what you have to do to be able to enjoy your Red Packet experience:
Inside your red box you will find a wide range of Cards outlining different experiences. You can choose your perfect day from one of these experiences.
Call the chosen Experience Partner as instructed on each Card and book your desired date and time.
Quote the 10-digit Card Serial Number to the chosen Experience Partner when you contact them to arrange the booking.
Remember to bring your Gift Card with you on the day of your experience, and give it to our Experience Partners upon arrival.
And of course, enjoy your unforgettable experience!

Kindly note that our previous format of Red Packet Gift Cards are still valid (you can contact our Concierge Team to enquire about the expiry date of your Gift Card). To book your experience, you must contact our Concierge Team at 3168 0228 or concierge@redpacket.hk, provide them with the 6-digit Card Serial Number and the 4-digit Reservation Code and they will help you with the booking arrangements. Kindly note that you cannot book directly your experience with our experience partners with these Red Packet Gift Cards. Thank you.
