Congratulations on receiving a Red Packet Gift! Here is what you have to do to be able to enjoy your Red Packet experience:
Inside your red box you will find a range of Experience Cards outlining different experiences. You can choose your perfect day from one of these experiences.
Call the Red Packet Concierge Team on 3568 3348 or email us at concierge@redpacket.hk in order to activate your gift card. Our Concierge Team are available Monday to Friday from 10am-6pm. Remember your gift card will not be valid until you activate it.
Quote the 4-digit Reservation Code and 6-digit Card Serial Number to our Concierge Team, and then tell them which experience you would like to arrange.
Remember to bring your Gift Card with you on the day of your experience, and give it to our Experience Partners upon arrival.
