Red Packet is your one-stop gift solution that provides the perfect gift for every person in your life, from your significant other to your boss or work colleagues. There are currently five different categories of gifts, which each contain a wide range of experiences that the recipient can choose from. 3. How do I redeem it?

5. What type of Red Packet experiences can I choose from?
There are five types of Gifts available: Experience, Exploration, Extravaganza, Very Him and Very Her. Within each gift package, there are a range of exclusive experiences that the recipient can choose from, such as pampering spa treatments, dance classes, wine tasting sessions, motorbike racing on a Formula 1 circuit, martial arts classes and bootcamp.
6. Does a Red Packet Gift expire?
Your Red Packet Gift is valid for one year from the date of purchase. It must be activated by contacting our Concierge Team before it can be used. To find out the expiry date, please email our Concierge Team at
concierge@redpacket.hk, quoting your Card Serial Number and Reservation Code.
7. Can the validity of a Red Packet be extended?
No, we cannot extend the validity of a Red Packet Gift card.
8. What happens if I lose my Gift Card?
Please safeguard your Gift Card as it is not replaceable if lost or stolen. The bearer is responsible for its loss or theft.
9. What if I’ve arranged my experience, but something comes up and I can’t go?
If for any reason you cannot make it to the experience you’ve reserved, contact the Concierge Team to rearrange your experience as soon as possible. Please check the individual experience on our website or on the Experience Cards to view the specific timeframe for rearranging
10. Who is liable for the activities?
Whilst Red Packet has carefully selected experienced and reputable Experience Partners, we are a disclosed agent, and cannot be liable for any incidents or accidents taking place at the suppliers’ venues.
11. Are there any additional costs to the Red Packet?
Red Packet Gifts are prepaid and there are no additional costs to the experience itself.

13. How will my Red Packet be delivered to me, and how long will it take?
You can choose to have Red Packet delivered to you or the gift receiver through regular delivery or by express delivery, and the time it takes will depend on which mailing service you choose.
